Prong é uma banda Hardcore / Industrial / Groove Metal de Nova York, formada em 1986 por Tommy Victor.
Em 1996 Prong se desfez pela primeira vez, e Victor começou a tocar em outras bandas como Ministério e Danzig. Ele reformou a banda com uma formação diferente em 1997, mas Prong se desmantelou novamente após uma turnê nos EUA. Em 2002 Prong foi reformado novamente por Victor. Ele foi o único membro consistente da banda.
