4. Can I order online and collect in a Tubitek store?
Yes if the “Collect in store” option is chosen. “Collect in store” option is available for Tubitek AUDITU – Leiria, TUBITEK – Porto, TUBITEK – Braga, TUBITEK – Lisboa
These orders have no delivery costs.
5. Can I order items as a gift?
Yes. Before you checkout, you must add the “gift” option. The item will be sent to the provided address. Packing slip will have no price.
6. Difference between delivery and billing address?
There is a possibility of selecting the same or different billing and delivery addresses, for example in case you are sending a gift. In this case, you must select as the shipping address the one where you want the order to be shipped to, and as the billing address, the one to be printed on the invoice.
7. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
It depends on the availability of the ordered items. Available items will be shipped within 3 working days. Imported items may take as long as 2-4 weeks. Orders will be considered undeliverable and therefore returned to us 3 days after notice left at delivery address. Return shipment costs are to be charged to the customer.
8. Problems with your delivery?
If your order has not arrived at the destination by the estimated date, please login to your account to check the status of the order using the shipping registration code (CTT / CTT Expresso).
