great to give body to a project that already idealized some time ago. to the vocalist/guitarist joined by pedro lemos (guitar), julião bruno (drums and voice) and pedro afonso (bass), replaced months later by david silva. the quartet then began a phase of experience.
but after some jam-sessions decided to move forward and become monomonkey. After a few months of high productivity in the rehearsal room, the band presented themselves to the public in November 2004, in the large navy, at the second session of the SET04 festival. the criticism was good and the performance left in the air great promises. initial expectations are confirmed in later concerts. music gains consistency and compositions are refined with work in the essay room. the rhythm of composition increases, the quartet gains a new
breath and starts recording the first tick, titled "in danger".
this work, started in May 2006, marks the first phase of the band and leaves good leads
for a future.

we all implode?. on your debut album, the word
