Description

brand new 5.1 surround mix by the current maiden producer, kevin shirley. The concert was meticulously performed and edited by bassist and founder of the band steve harris, so as to capture the performance through the eyes of a fan off stage, focusing entirely on music, on elaborate stage and lighting production. Join the mix a fabulous list of themes and of course, eddie and maiden england now gives us a picture of a past era in which the band, as they still do today, gives everything to offer their fans the greatest live experience.

disc 2 is an extensive bonus disc including an exclusive part 3 documentary in the history of the iron maiden. this 40-minute film contains recent interviews with the five band members and manager,Rod smallwood. catching the story on the aftermath of the world slavery tour of 84/85, this interesting and deep documentary shows us the band to speak relaxedly of their memories of an exciting but occasionally turbulent period, from where the albums would emerge somewhere in time and seventh of a seventh son. with the culmination of the eighties so one more chapter of the incredible history of the iron maiden

other special extras on the bonus disc includes twelve wasted years. Initially edited in vhs in 1987 and also available for the first time in dvd, this documentary has the duration of 90 minutes and comprises dynamic archive interviews and live images of the band's early times in the now legendary ruskin arms pub, passing by the club of Londoners and 3 world tour. Five promotional videos of the albums singles mentioned above were also included having been carefully restored and improved from their original versions, oando o software latest, with the audio remastered in digital Stereo.

the soundtrack of maiden england ’88 will also be available in the dual cd formats, vinyl picture disc dual limited edition and digital download. The audio was only previously available in cd as part of the 1984 sound and vision series, in conjunction with vhs but with fewer two themes than in the video content. can i play with madness and hallowed be thy name were not then included by lack of space in the cd. now with the inclusion of the three encores the double disc offers a total of 5 themes not previously available in the cd being thus the first full recording of this historic tour.

Artist

Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. Pioneers of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement, Iron Maiden achieved initial success during the early 1980s. After several line-up changes, the band went on to release a series of UK and US platinum and gold albums, including 1982's The Number of the Beast, 1983's Piece of Mind, 1984's Powerslave, 1985's live release Live After Death, 1986's Somewhere in Time and 1988's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. Since the return of lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith in 1999, the band has undergone a massive resurgence in popularity, with their 2010 studio offering, The Final Frontier, peaking at No. 1 in 28 countries and receiving widespread critical acclaim. Their sixteenth studio album, The Book of Souls, was released on 4 September 2015 and has been peaking at No. 1 in 45 countries including digital charts.

Despite little radio or television support, Iron Maiden are considered one of the most influential and successful heavy metal bands in history, with The Sunday Times reporting in 2017 that the band have sold over 100 million copies of their albums worldwide. Their releases were nearby 600 times certified silver, gold, platinum worldwide. The band won multiple music awards including (among many others) Brit Awards, Grammy Awards, Emma-Gaala Awards, BPI Awards, Echo Awards, Juno Awards, Silver Cleaf, the Ivor Novello Award for international achievement in 2002. As of October 2013, the band have played over 2000 live shows throughout their career. For 40 years the band have been supported by their famous mascot, "Eddie", who has appeared on almost all of their album and single covers, as well as in their live shows.
