Description
When three teenage brothers and their cousin revolted against their rigid and religious education from the south of the Eua to form the kings of leon band, their humble journey awakened almost as much attention as their music. many doubted whether the elements of the band were even relatives and whether there was any truth in the rumors that said the father of the three brothers was a preacher of the Pentecostal church. Since then, the band has won a worldwide success, Grammy® awards and the documentary talihina sky: the story of kings of leon ends with all the mystery and existing myths, as it describes in detail the rise to fame, from its rigid and religious origins.
talihina sky: the story of kings of leon, is the documentary about the nashville band, which arrives at the stores on October 31 (portugal). the release will be available in dvd and blu ray formats. dvd and blu ray editions will include 30 minutes of extras, including additional scenes not included in the film, two band comments and directors, as well as home filming. the film premiered at the tribeca film festival on April 21, having won enough praises and been acquired by the showtime channel, which will premiered the documentary on August 21.
