Subway To Sally was founded in 1992 in Potsdam.
The early style of their music reminds a lot about folk metal with medieval elements.
This style was used until 1999 when the Album "Hochzeit" released in which the Band decided to take the metal sound a common issue within their music.

"Hochzeit" made heavy riffs and loud, distorted guitars a standard in the band.

The Album was just the beginning of the sound development within the band. Even until today their sound is evolving with every new release they make.

Their first official release happened in 1994 and started releasing many albums with a gap of max. 2 years from 1995 - 2014. In 2014, the Band took a break from Studio recordings for 5 years and are now back with their in 2019 released Album "HEY!".
