each cd has a packaging with the graphic arrangement equal to that of the English edition of the 1960s and still booklets in which to the original material were added rare photos and new texts about the recording process of each disk. during a limited period, each cd will also include a brief documentary about the album in question recently performed by bob smeaton, describing its feiture. documentaries contain archive films, rare photographs and conversations never before heard from the beatles, offering a unique and very personal perspective of the studio's atmosphere.

The albums have been re-mastered over four years by a special team of London abbey road studio sound engineers at the same time using the latest technology and machines (today legendary)! where the recordings had been made, carefully maintaining the authenticity and integrity of the original analog recordings. the result of this thorough process is to have achieved the highest fidelity ever in the sound of these recordings.

the collection includes the 12 albums of the beatles in stereo, with the original alignment and graphical arrangement, and "magical mistery tour", which is tornu part of the Beatles base catalog during the first publication of these albums in cd in 1987. Finally, the compilations (of the material that does not exist in the other albums) "past masters, vol. 1" and "past masters, vol. 2" were now collected in a single album. is thus complete this historical edition: a total of 14 albums and 16 albums (in addition to "past masters", the "white album" of '68 is the other double).

Artist

British rock/pop group, formed in Liverpool, England during the late 1950s. Signed to recording contract with EMI in 1962.

The lineup (1962-70) comprised John Lennon (vocals, guitar, harmonica, keyboards), Paul McCartney (vocals, bass, guitar, keyboards, percussion), George Harrison (guitar, vocals, sitar), and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals, percussion). During 1961, Stuart Sutcliffe (bass) and Pete Best (drums) were also members.

Following an initial period as a straightforward Mersey-beat group, later recordings saw them experiment with psychedelia, incorporating innovative production techniques involving tape loops and other effects. Although the group split in 1970, they have continued to release special products.

Inducted into Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 (Group). By 2015, all four members were inducted also as individual solo artists.
