Influencial American country/folk/psychedelic rock band fundada em Los Angeles em 1964. Eles gravaram 12 álbuns de estúdio antes de se dissolver em 1973. Durante este período, a banda sofreu várias mudanças de line-up com o vocalista Roger McGuinn permanecendo o único membro constante. Em 1991 os Byrds foram introduzidos no Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
