Os Kinks são uma banda de rock inglesa formada em Muswell Hill, North London, em 1964 pelos irmãos Ray e Dave Davies, Mick Avory e Pete Quaife. Durante a sua existência eles tocaram diferentes estilos de rock (n roll) música.

Pete Quaife foi-se embora. Os Kinks durante os ensaios do Arthur ou The Decline And Fall Of The British Empire.
